These lotion bars are handmade fresh when you order them. The natural butters and oils are great for very dry skin. The twist up tube makes it handy for applying to your body when you do not want to get lotion butter all over your hands.
I made these natural body butter roll on sticks with Natural Cocoa Butter, Refined Natural Shea Butter, Soybean Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Natural E and a bit of scent if you prefer in either pure essential oils or high quality fragrance oils. This is an organic, natural product. There are no added preservatives.
These are great for face, hands, elbows, knees, feet especially heels, anywhere on your body for a refreshing moisturizer. The butter will melt at skin temperature and these are great for wintertime extra dryness.
Sizes: Your choice of smaller sample travel size .75 oz or large 2 oz size. All shown in pictures.

Ingredients of Lotion Bars
Raw Cocoa Butter Wonderful moisturizer. It has been used for centuries. The butter is extracted from the Cacao (cocoa bean) seeds. Cocoa butter has the most highly concentrated natural fats known. It is easily absorbed into skin. Cocoa butter creates a barrier between sensitive skin & environment. It helps the skin retain moisture. It has a natural light tan color and cocoa scent.
Shea Butter This is our refined shea butter from Ghana, West Africa. Raw Shea butter is very high in vitamins & minerals and has exceptional healing properties. It is very moisturizing, promotes cell renewal, and increases circulation. Heals dry, irritated, chapped skin. Shea Butter is very good for many skin conditions we cannot list due to regulations. Shea is excellent on cracked heels and stretch marks, any very dry or irritated skin.
Our Shea Butter is purchased from ethically sponsored African Co-ops, so the native people there are not exploited and they produce and retain profits from sales of Shea Butter. Our butter comes from the nut of the Karite Tree (Shea Tree) in Ghana, West Africa. The trees can produce nuts for several hundred years. Shea butter has been used for centuries in Africa in cooking and skin care. Women collect the Shea nuts, dry them, crack them to obtain the kernels, grill and pound them. Then they are boiled in water for hours until the Shea butter rises to the surface. They scoop the butter into gourds or calabashes and let it cool and harden.
The manufacturer we use refines Shea Butter naturally without solvents or synthetic chemicals. Diatimatious clay pulls out impurities & odor. It is then sun bleached to whiten it. This refined butter retains much of the benefits of unrefined butter, including cinamon acid which protects from UV rays.
Soybean Oil Moisturizes while softening dry, chaffed and damaged skin. Soybeans are a complete source of protein because they have high amounts of all the essential amino acids. High in many vitamins including A, E, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorous, phytic acid, alpha-linolenic acid and isoflavones.
Sweet Almond Oil It is high in fatty acids and proteins. It is a natural emollient and balances moisture in your skin. Sweet Almond Oil softens the skin. It penetrates well, and will not clog your pores. People with nut allergies should avoid this oil.

Store in a cool, dark, dry place, below 85 degrees. You do not have to refrigerate unless temps are high. If this lotion bar is shipped in very warm and hot weather, it may melt a bit. If it starts to melt, just set it in the fridge or a cool location until it becomes solid again. The butter will be fine to use. Best if used within 6 months.
Twist up tubes filled by weight. The tubes are made with lots of extra space at the bottom, but do not worry, you are getting a full amount of product! These are made fresh when ordered so please allow a day or two so I will have time to get them ready for you.
